The Cutesy Days Are Over

I think I am going to retire this dress. My cutesy days are over.
I am doing a "What I Wore Today" post in honor of the retirement of this kooky little 60s dress.  I once had a deep and passionate love affair with vintage, especially crazy brightly colored girly vintage.  But I fear as though these days are coming to an end.  I can't completely cut vintage fashion out of my life, let's get real here people.  But I do think that at the age of 24 and a half, my angular face and womanly curves are telling me, alright, lets get a little more chic and sophisticated.  And my my vocal chords are replying, ok yea I agree.  Let's get our neutral on.  But this dress was fun for awhile :)

Dress: Vintage
Sweater:  Nordstrom
Turquoise Necklace:  soon to be in my Etsy shop :)

If you are interested in purchasing this pretty little dress, let me know!

I think it looks super cute on you! Plus you tie in the color with neutral colors like brown. I think it's fun to have a pop of color! =)

Oh, I love it! I don't think you're too old for it at all. It looks really nice, not too cutesy.

I just found your blog tonight... and stumbled across these pictures! Did anyone buy this dress from you yet? Oh, and I did read your long post today- and I understand what you've gone through. Although my pain comes from the bugging about being fat, chubby, etc. I'm painting my nails too- thank you for your post! :)
