Telegram!

The other day, I came home and noticed a cute little old fashioned package sticking out of my mailbox.  I pulled it out and thought, "Holy crap!  Is this real!?!  Are there seriously still telegrams in the world?  And someone sent me one?  Someone totally rad?"  Yep.  I got a real life telegram in the mail from Diana from Our City Lights this week.  It was seriously the high light of my day.  I thought that the telegram died at least 40 years ago.  But it's still real!  Oh my goooosh!  Wouldn't you love a telegram?  So novel.

This was such a special little surprise that I just had to blog about.  And now that I am mid post, I think that I maybe want to do a weekly Thank You post.  There are always things to be thankful for & friends near and far to thank.  So this week my Thank You goes out to Diana!  I've had a super hard and overwhelming week and this sweet little note just cheered me up so quickly and filled me with laughter and happiness.  A thoughtful friend is a good friend.  And any sort of note can feel special when it is filled with kind words :)  But lets be honest, a telegram kinda knocks all sorts of notes out of the water simply by being a telegram!!  Thanks Diana!

Ps.  I love getting real life letters.  Getting anything in the mail is always exciting for me.  Email me at mooreaseal{at}gmail.com if you would like to get my address to send a little letter my way!  <3  I'd love to hear from you!

P.S. I watched your little pronunciation video and was shocked; I had no idea that was your real name. It's so beautiful and unique! Love it!
