What I Wore: Black, White, Gold

what i wore feb 20

Well, yesterday was laundry day for everyone in my apartment which meant there was no hot water for the shower.   So, up into a bun went my hair.   And on went the classier looking clothing that were hidden away in my closet.  Whenever I am unable to take a shower, I wear nicer looking clothes to feel less grubby :)
The sunshine in my bedroom was ridiculously beautiful yesterday so I thought, alrighty, time to do another What I Wore post.   Obviously, I stepped outside into the sunshine too.  Isn't that kind of blurry shot of just my feet jumping up in the air kinda fun and magical?

Cape : my great grandmas!
Black dress: H&M
Sweater:  Forever 21
Jeans: Nordstrom Rack
Shoes: DSW
Scarf:  Forever 21
Necklace:  I made it :)
Cameo ring, a gift from my dad
Swirly gold ring, a gift from a rad old lady.

Hey, this outfit looks pretty nice with the black & white and touches of peach & metallic colors in my blog design!  I love it when my outfits reflect my design aesthetic.  On another note, I am freaking out with excitement right now because I was finally able to afford buying an Intuos Wacom Tablet!  And I even found it for $60 cheaper on Overstock.com!  Oh man, this is going to make my design and illustration process soooo much easier.  Woot for sunshine and new technology presents to myself!
