I'm currently obsessed with this blog Downtownn. They have so many awesome get healthy tips, recipes and words of encouragement. I'm challenging myself to this fitness regime for the next 60 days. I've been running a few times a week lately with my boyfriend and I just jogged for 2.8 miles straight last week! That is the longest I've ever ran...well, jogged...consistently without stopping ever! I'm interested to see how I feel doing this work-out schedule below. I definitely suck at sit ups and crunches, but I need them most so this will be a good challenge. And as the challenges get harder and harder, I think I will feel more inspired each time to accomplish the challenge and to set a schedule in my day to take it on. I'll let you know how I am doing along the way too! Wanna play along?
Today: 20 jumping jacks, 10 crunches: complete! (it took like 2 mins...easy!)
