Blog Design // D.Mae Clothing

Ta-da!  Another new blog design.  I created this one for Naimah of D.Mae Clothing.  It was such a pleasure with work with Naimah.  We totally clicked when it came to figuring out exactly what she wanted for the look of her blog.  Something simple and mostly black and white but with pops of bright rich colors in the details of the illustrations.  Naimah has a clothing company which she named after her grandmother D Mae.  She hand paints all of the images on her apparel so I recreated images that she uses in her own designs throughout the site.  I think it turned out just swell :)

I also create an illustrated portrait for Naimah to match the style of the blog.  I love getting to do full body illustrations because they have such a fashion inspired styling.  I think these are great for fashion bloggers and anyone looking to amp up their blog design with something really special.
