November Love

BLOG
I'm Kelly Ann, a twenty-something designer and photographer from sunny California. I have a deep love for vinyl records, messy hair, vintage dresses, mexican food, and french films. I'm a firm believer in compassion, humour, and multiple cups of coffee. I started The Flowerchild Dwelling as a place to share my love for music, photography, design, film, and all the things that inspire my world.

Hello! My name is Kate. I’m the workhorse behind the line Operation + Stitch. I started my line 3 years ago while I was in school finishing my BA in fashion design. My collections are currently sold on Etsy  and in my hometown of Seattle at Velouria and Momo.

I'm Alli, a graduate student and archaeologist who loves to sew, knit, cuddle, floss, embroider, take pictures, and eat pickles (not necessarily in that order). One Pearl Button is where I document my creative life and connect with creative friends. Stop by and say 'hello;' I'd love to get to know you!

Hi everyone!  My name is Katrina, Torontonian residing in Seattle.  Lover of food and fashion.  To keep myself occupied during those times when I’m not panicking to pack all my belongings into two suitcases, I like to craft. I’ve been told that I enjoy the most granny-like hobbies of all time (knitting and sewing), but I also like to bust out the pliers every now and then to make jewelry for my line, anirtak.

Blowfish shoes is one of my favorite shoe stores online.  I've become friends with a few of the ladies on their staff and their genuine sweetness has only confirmed that this is one of the best companies ever.  I love the shoes, love love love the shoes, and I love the people.  I highly recommend snagging a pair of their boots for winter.  I've got quite a few and they are the best, comfiest, and cutest :)

When I'm not making large scale sculptures for other artists I spend my time making small little jewelry pieces for my Etsy shop where I often use reclaimed and recycled materials. In the time spent between making art and jewelry I can be found exploring the city and mountains around me. I like to share a lot of my discoveries on my blog as well as show you the creative process that goes into making special individual items for my Etsy shop.

I have always loved natural stones and the feel of them in my hands. I remember as a child collecting stones every place I went and then giving them to my father for luck. As an artist I look for items to be added to my jewelry that can catch the light, provoke interest or make you smile. I am constantly on the lookout for inspiration even if it comes from a word or time of the day.

I'm Chelsey. A wife to my best friend, and a mommy to my sweet little girl, Laureli (a.k.a. Ruari). So far being a mama has been beautiful, surprising, and difficult all at once! On this path through mommy-hood I hope to enjoy life as much as I can (even when it seems impossible). I'm a photography lover, crafty crafter, blogger, finder of curious creative goods, and a mama!
