What I Wore // Panama

Look!  There is sunshine in Seattle!  Today has been such an insanely beautiful day.  The birds have been chirping away like crazy outside of my window.  The light has been just pouring through the windows while I've been sitting at my desk working.  And I realized I had a pretty nice spot along the side of my house to take better outfit photos since the left side of my house gets the most sunlight, so I snatched up the opportunity to take photos of my everyday outfit.  I'll admit it, I wear this sweatshirt almost every other day, it is just that comfy and its neutral color really does go withe everything.  And I really am more of a pants girl than a dress girl.  But I figure, pairing a simple sweatshirt, t-shirt and pants with some fun shoes, a pretty blazer, and a cool hat makes an everyday outfit a little less boring.
I am totally obsessed with these leopard print loafers from Wanted Shoes right now.  Somehow they look cool with every outfit.  I'm normally not a leopard print girl but I think the pattern is such a unique touch on a pair of loafers.  And this panama hat from Target is my new favorite hat.  I have a long face and a high forehead so a wide brimmed hat works well with my face shape, creating a nice balance of vertical and horizontal with some solid structure.  I like the look of beanies but I think they look best on girls with more round or heart shaped faces.  The panama hat is just my style.  :)  I'm still loving my big gaudy ring from Beginning Boutique as well.
P.S.  The warm sunshine makes my hair appear much more red in photos than it actually is.  I'm really more of an ashy brown but the warm red that the light tricked my hair into appearing red, even if it's a little bit more brown than real life :)  For some reason, my hair looks more red in photographs and most of the folks in the blog world assume I'm a red head.  The camera lies, my friends, lies!  I have light brown ashy all natural hair color!
