Ok. Sometimes you see something so beautiful that you just have to stop and say, ooooooooh my gosh this is the prettiest thing I've ever seen. I think the photo above is probably one of the prettiest photos I have ever seen and that is no exaggeration.
There is this phenomenal photographer named Andria Lindquist who went to the same university as me. I don't think we ever met in college but I do remember that I knew who she was just because of her piercing pale ocean colored eyes. Her eyes are seriously the brightest eyes ever. Andria picked up photography right after college and since then she has just been blowing my mind with her work. This girl is so driven, talented, and passionate about capturing memorable moments through her lens. She lives here in Seattle and the vibe of her images so perfectly reflect the feeling of Seattle, a bit of a hazy dreamy dark light that appears in all of her photos, turning each image into magic. I was just wandering through some of her recent posts and stumbled upon this image. I melted. That golden yellow color is one of my favorites and the beautiful body language of this gorgeous bride wandering through the flowers is just so sincere and soft and lovely. Mesmerizing. If you are in need of some photography inspiration, go visit Andria's blog. It's a magical place.
Ps, I feel like these flowers look like scotch broom bushes. Scotch Broom is actually a weed but I grew up with strewn across the mountains of my hometown and I love the look of it. It really adds something so whimsical and dreamy to this photo don't you think?

That is a very beautiful photo! And I agree, it definitely captures the Seattle tone, with the scotch broom and overcast lighting. I'll definitely go check her out now, thanks for sharing!
