Right now I am really diggin' a ballerina meet's tough girl look. Judging by the looks I got from passers by though wearing this outfit, I think most people are not fans of the ripped tights. Well, I am when keeping the rest of the outfit a little more demure. I'm not going for the "I fell in a gutter" look here. Just a little bit of fun.
While I was taking these photos, and older guy and his little grandson asked me what I was doing. I kind of mumbled, "oohh... it's a project." He asked for what, so I said "oh, I take outfit photos for my blog sometimes" ...trailing off and feeling embarrassed. He said, well what do you think of my outfit, wanna take a photo? I said sure. So I took a photo of him and his grandson and got his email address so I could send it to him. And while they were leaving he said, "Well I like your outfit, but I think you need to patch up your tights a little bit." Sometimes/always when people see me taking photos of my outfits, I am utterly embarrassed. Ha!

That little story is so sweet :) I remember stopping by my grandma's once and I had my hair in a messy ponytail - she'd immediately ask me what's wrong with my hair and why I didn't put it into a neat ponytail, haha. Oh, and I've fallen in love with those shoes, they're simply amazing.

Hahaha, that's an adorable story. I take my pictures in my backyard, and I'm even funny about my neighbors seeing me. I just need to suck it up and gain some confidence. :)

It's hard not to feel embarrassed. But I kind of think it would be even weirder if you didn't get embarrassed taking photos of yourself while other people watch. Don't you think so?
