Nate Berkus for Target // Spring 2014

Well hey Nate Berkus, you've captured my heart again.  I'm digging quite a few of the pieces in his new line for Target for Spring 2014.  His line is always a great option for adding fun decor elements into your home on a tight budget.  I will say that I think that the beautiful wood and resin Hexagon Tray reminds me a lot of the incredible Ariel Alasko who is my biggest instagram crush.  Her wood working is insanely gorgeous, and her styling is pure perfection in my book.  It's a good thing my tiny apartment is so small because I can't fit anything more into it and I already own enough pillows for my own good.  ...But I really love this pillow!

Speaking of home decor, earlier this month I purchased my first serious piece of furniture, like now I actually feel like an adult because I didn't buy it from Ikea or Craigslist.  I got this gorgeous credenza from West Elm and I love it like it is my own child, it's so beauuuuutiful!  I look at it through out the evenings when I am home and say, "oh credenza, you're so gorgeous, I love you soooo much."  I had so much fun setting up a little bar for Max on top of the credenza.  It's now immediately the most glamorous Mad Men-esque area of our apartment.  Now who wants to come over for drinks?

how dreamy! I'm hoping to be moving in a couple of months so maybe Target and NB can help me decorate!
